    I brought my 2019 Volkswagen Tiguan in because my check oil light was on. I was charged. $328.33 because my oil needed to be topped off with 2quarts of oil. They could have told me to put 2quarts of oil in my truck. That was a complete rip off!!! They claimed $300 was for the diagnosis. 0 stars from me and Volkswagen should be ashamed of themselves!!!!!greedy for money that you have to rip hard working people off!!!!!

    Our service advisor, Richard Collins, was exceptionally helpful in scheduling us for our battery replacement. He was personable, responsive, and kept us informed throughout the service period. He ensured that our car was scheduled into the day's workload and was ready when promised.

    First time having car serviced here. Everyone was very professional and welcoming. The waiting area was clean and not too loud. I was very impressed by how quickly the service was performed.
