I went in with a coupon or a 69 dollar oil change and the service ended up costing me 101 dollars .... i told the asvisor my bill did not reflect the cupon and she told me i needed to read the fine print . I was upset but was polite , thanked them and left .

I was only upset about the tire rotation and air setting. My car tire pressure alarm went off less than 10 miles after leaving the dealership. Tech had set the tire pressure 10 lbs lower than recommended on door jamb. That was disappointing. Otherwise, the service was very good.

I've truly had to deal with the most incompetent VW dealerships in the world (Casey VW of Newport News, VA; Heritage VW of Catonsville, MD) and everyone here was on it, no BS, in-out-easy service with my car.
