Took my car in for a recall that was supposed to be a 6 hour service. For that reason I did not take a loaner when offered upon initial drop off. They ended up keeping it a second day. So I had to scramble for pickup from work that day and to work the next day. When I picked up vehicle they apologized for not washing it which they said they typically do. “Things got too busy today”. But said to make sure you get one on your next service visit. Recall repair seems to be working. Service desk friendly and helpful. Multiple apologies offered for the inconveniences but not really any solutions.
