I wish I had responded to this sooner. This isn’t an average survey for me. Needed to bring in my Atlas for some serious repairs. Very expensive for me and my wife. This wasn’t something we could put off any longer. The pressure we felt was tremendous. BUT !!! There’s an amazing guy in service named Rick Collins. He’s always warm and personable. But more importantly, he has the ability to put things into perspective in such a way that we’re not just discussing repair but what is priority and what isn’t. His knowledge makes him top tier qualified but his perspective makes him great for explaining lengthy and complicated garage jargon into calm and easily digestible info for every day people like my wife and I. When Rick gives his opinion and advice about the car we know that it’s always in our advantage to seriously take heed. I resist as much as possible until my wife Sandra gets word and she reminds me what happens when I don’t listen to Rick. He’s no longer a proponent of the shop but an advocate for the customer. No longer the guy at Volkswagen’s service center but a friend with great knowledge and wisdom of our beloved 23’ Atlas. We love our car and we want it to perform the way it should. I don’t believe I would have this type of gratitude anywhere else. We don’t have a service tech but a guy on the inside looking out for us. We’re more than happy with the service but that’s not Rick’s department. Rick department is priority. Ricks department perspective and he is a PROFESSIONAL. He’s the best! Last but not least. There was a young lady cashier who took over payment. What a delight she was unfortunately I don’t remember her name. Please find her name and tell her we said thanks

Richard Collins was very helpful throughout, and I believe he moved things through as quickly as he could. Things to improve would have been to get me out in less than 2 1/4 hours and the coffee machine not to be out of order. As far as I know That notwithstanding, I appreciate this service on about my first anniversary with this car.

This is a "people business" and Ourisman has some of the best in this dealership. First, we met Brian Deckert on our first purchase in 2021. Then again on the next two vehicle purchases; including this one. Brian is a very good salesman and a person with lots of knowledge about this business. The last 2 times we purchased, we met Helen Pereira in the sales department too. She is a totally sweet lady with knowledge and care about the customer too. Both of these individuals are great at their jobs. and we appreciate the travel they made to help us with the purchase. Finally, heads up to the "numbers guy" Bronwen Fischer. He made it happen with no hangups and is truly good in his job. We pass by 9 dealerships that sell Volkswagen vehicles and always come back to Ourisman instead. I just gave you the 3 best reasons!
