Front desk worker performed excellent customer service. But the service received from behind the scenes (management) both in the service department and sales was an all time effortless approach to miscarry justice by failing to take responsibility for my vehicle catching on fire while driving the vehicle when such vehicle had major engine repair where my vehicle was held approximately 2 months only to redeem it and it catches on fire in fact while I was driving the car. Not to take immediate responsibility while my life was put in harms way is disturbing. Service department representative was great but the management in the above departments could use some training in customer service etc.

1.The service was 3/5, they tried to upscale things too much e.g brakes, the vehicle just passed inspection. 2. They did not reset the oil light and I’ve tried to call and no one is answering. Every time I tune the engine, there is an annoying alarm telling me the car is due for service.
