We had no problems at all with the purchase of the vehicle and the process went smoothly, from start to finish. Brian Deckert, the Internet Mgr, basically helped us get the car we wanted shipped from another dealer and it was ready when we were ready to come pick it up. Most of the correspondence was done while I was in Florida. And the vehicle was ready when I returned to Maryland. We also got the price we wanted.

Rahim was professional and very helpful. He took his time explaining and helping me understand my car concerns. He even helped me setup my payment and showed me the next steps.

FIrst appointment was a waste of time as the scheduler and the service department do not communicate effectively. The former was unaware that the car a) had to be left over night b/c the it had to be at a certain temperature for the recall work to be completed b) that the recall parts were not immediately avaiable and c) that the SW update fails so often that the dealership needs the car longer. THEN The door handle replacement was apparantly not checked. The passenger side door literally cannot be opened from the outside.
