Zero rating-Condescending and unprofessional. I knew my credit score before applying and was approved at a low rate, yet the sales manager, Josh, asked if I was “sure” — a comment that felt unnecessary and possibly racially motivated. It gets worse: they knew I was approved for the loan but hadn’t received the check yet due to miscommunication, and that’s when they threatened me — completely uncalled for. The General Manager did nothing, and after paying a premium all I got was an empty apology. Would not recommend.
