I can honestly say that I’ve never had a better experience buying/leasing a car than I had yesterday. I had been talking and visiting with other car dealerships over the last couple weeks. Several of them were aggressive and unsettling. I was unhappy to say the least. Then, day before yesterday, I spoke with Richard over the phone. He was kind, professional, straightforward, understanding of what was important to me in this purchase, and extremely helpful all around. When I came in the following day, Richard shook my hand and introduced me to Helen to go through the process with. She too could not have been more skilled, knowledgeable, friendly, or easy to deal with. It was honestly like working with a friend. Lastly, the gentleman who I finalized the paperwork with, whose name I can’t recall at the moment, was also great! Start to finish, it was far better than I could have hoped for. And I look forward to dealing with you all again in the future.
