My experience with the service staff was fine. However, I found it distasteful and harassing when a sales rep called me attempting to make a sale. If I was interested in making a new purchasing, I would have inquired.

I had an outstanding experience purchasing my new car at Ourisman Volkswagen of Laurel. As soon a we pulled into the dealership Mike Filipowski came outside to greet us and walked us inside to start the process. Mike was very kind, professional and knowledgeable about the car we were interested in purchasing. He patiently answered all of our questions and offered transparent information about the vehicle. He thoroughly showed us all the features in the car and took us for a test drive to get a feel for the car. The buying process was very smooth, efficient and stress free and we never felt pressured to make a purchase. Robin in the the finance department, was also very pleasant, efficient and professional and he offered us a great rate for the car loan. Overall we were very happy with the buying experience and well taken care of every step of the way. They also offered us food and refreshments during our visit. I couldn't be happier with my new vehicle and I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a professional and positive car-buying experience. The only thing I would recommend is having more vehicle designs on the lot.

We were just looking at New VW. The salesman Cody was very knowledgeable about the car. We wanted a Blue one . He said he was able to get one in Blue . That is what we got.
