Carlos Cordon is the best service tech, that my wife and I have had the pleasure of working with. He has been very professional with a makes you feel at ease personality.. Every visit big or small, your service is important to him. We did not purchase our 2025 Atlas Cross Sport from Ourisman, but we travel just for the outstanding service provided. I chosen that rating because it took 3/12 hours to get an oil change in my previous visit never happened. No one can to me to let me know if it was a problem just sat an waited. When it was finally done they apologized and took of $25 dollars of my service. Not sure of the problem hope it get fixed
